As a Learning & Development Lead, you will engage in shaping the Academy's strategy and enhancing leadership capabilities. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the annual learning roadmap, assessing training needs, and leading LMS initiatives that focus on governance and user experience. Collaborating with HR and franchise leaders will be key to delivering impactful learning solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Academy’s learning roadmap and governance

• Partner with stakeholders to design development solutions

• Provide leadership and support to the Learning & Development team

• Oversee learning program development and enhancements

• Utilize learning data for impact measurement and improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field

• 7-10 years’ experience in Learning & Development

• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems

• Strong project management and communication skills

• Background in retail or operations-focused environments
