The Director role involves spearheading the development and execution of B2B platforms across Canada. This permanent, full-time position requires interaction with Canadian Business Units and cross-functional teams to maximize commercial opportunities. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's Core + More strategy, providing a chance to innovate within emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with fuel directors and third-party providers
• Oversee B2B fuel and car wash performance
• Develop strategic relationships with B2B partners
• Identify and execute commercial growth opportunities
• Implement standardized processes across the organization
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in retail operations
• At least 5 years in project planning and coordination
• Experience managing operational project budgets
• Bilingual in English and French
• Valid driver's license required
