Key Responsibilities:
• Review TMW Shop planner to manage workload
• Handle daily communication and scheduling with employees
• Ensure proper repairs and inspections follow safety codes
• Maintain daily inventory and reorder parts when necessary
• Conduct regular updates with Fleet Manager
Requirements:
• Active 310T Truck and Coach technician status
• High school diploma or equivalent level of education
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• 1-3 years in a supervisory role within fleet maintenance
• Strong communication and organization capabilities
