Manager, Partner Onboarding & Operations
Thumbtack is hiring a Manager, Operational Foundations to lead a globally distributed team across onboarding, integrations, partner finance, and internal tooling. You will partner with Product and Engineering to remove blockers, improve APIs, and scale operations for the partnerships business.
You will define acceptance criteria, SLAs, and workflows, and drive automation across platforms such as Salesforce and Salesloft.
