WeCook is a fast‑growing e‑commerce company in the food industry. We pioneered the creation of a prepared meal solution in 2012 and have been growing ever since. Our mission is to help people adopt a healthy and balanced diet and save them time every week by cooking healthy meals for them.

Responsibilities focus on leading all innovation and new product launch projects, from concept to market launch.

• Plan, organize, and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with co‑manufacturers, including trials, start‑ups, production follow‑ups, and issue resolution.
• Manage the administrative and financial tracking of funded projects, providing technical and financial reports to government bodies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (R&D, production, quality assurance, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and adjust project schedules based on priorities and unforeseen issues.
• Prepare and present progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with co‑manufacturers for the production of outsourced products.
• Ensure communication and compliance with technical specifications to subcontracted partners.
• Oversee the quality and compliance of outsourced products by organizing regular audits and production follow‑ups.
• Propose innovative solutions to improve existing products and processes.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, product performance improvement, or process efficiency gains.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand market expectations and customer needs.
• Support production teams in resolving technical issues encountered during the manufacturing of new products.

• 3–5 years of experience in project management within the agri‑food, beverage, or consumer goods industries.
• Experience in packaging (development, testing, and validation in‑house or with a subcontractor).
• Retail experience considered an asset.
• Demonstrates flexibility and openness to evolving projects and shifting priorities.
• Excellent ability to mobilise multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency with computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Fluent in French, both written and spoken.

Base pay: CA $70,000.00/yr – CA $90,000.00/yr.
