** Responsibilities*
* Perform setups and startups of production equipment according to established instructions.
Ensure efficient operation of equipment and minimize downtime.
Understand and interpret order forms.
Provide appropriate raw materials to equipment.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
Adhere to established health and safety standards.
Maintain and upkeep the workplace.
Perform any other related tasks.
** Skills and Qualifications*
* Skills in preventive maintenance.
Experience in a manufacturing and industrial environment (metal, plastic, etc.).
Proficiency in using measuring instruments (micrometer and measuring tape).
Mechanical skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Experience in a metal manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of machine setup.
