Position: Plant Manager at Kerry
Lead operational excellence at Kerry's Laval site as a Plant Manager. Oversee safety, quality, and cost performance while managing a high-performing workforce in Canada.

As a key leadership role, the Plant Manager ensures the manufacturing site meets rigorous safety standards and production targets. This includes aligning with company values, driving quality systems, and implementing cost-management initiatives. Your leadership will foster a strong culture of continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement, positioned for sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and management for the manufacturing site

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations

• Drive operational excellence and manage manufacturing expenses

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the plant

• Build trust-based relationships with customers and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, or Business

• 8+ years of senior leadership experience in plant operations

• Proven background in food manufacturing and HACCP compliance

• Strong communication skills in both English and French

• Experience with SAP and solid problem-solving abilities
