Position: Second Shift Mechanical Assembler at Rocket EMS
Join Rocket EMS as a Mechanical Assembler on second shift, assembling and inspecting mechanical components for high-reliability systems. Bring your attention to detail and manual dexterity to a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and inspecting mechanical parts. Your experience in mechanical assembly and ability to follow detailed work instructions will be critical to producing high-quality products. Candidates should have a strong understanding of torque and alignment requirements, along with the skills to perform visual inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to specifications

• Install hardware to specified torque and alignment requirements

• Perform fit-up and basic adjustments for proper function

• Conduct in-process inspections and document work performed

• Identify defects and communicate issues to supervisors

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1–3 years of mechanical assembly experience

• Ability to read mechanical drawings and assembly instructions

• Experience with torque tools and hand tools

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
