Become a pivotal part of Blackline Safety’s mission as a PCBA Troubleshooter. This role is focused on product quality improvement through troubleshooting, repair, and collaboration with manufacturing teams.
As a PCBA Troubleshooter, you will support the manufacturing floor and ensure quality through your keen analysis of defective PCBAs.
Your role involves working with Operations and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvements in our processes and products, while possessing a solid background in electronics manufacturing. Your proactive approach in solving issues will greatly enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess PCBA quality according to IPC standards
• Analyze and repair defective PCBAs, providing actionable feedback
• Track failure modes and recommend preventative measures
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve yield issues
• Interpret work instructions, schematics, and assembly drawings
Requirements:
• Certificate or Diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology
• Minimum 2 years in electronics manufacturing or repair
• Strong soldering skills and electronics troubleshooting
• Moderate experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
