Mission

• Read, interpret and work from engineering drawings and fabrication blueprints.
• Prepare and organize your work area to maximize efficiency.
• Lay out reference points and dimensions for assembly.
• Position and tack components prior to final welding.
• Assemble and weld complex fabricated structures according to specifications.
• Operate overhead cranes to safely handle and position heavy components.
• Perform dimensional inspections throughout the fabrication process.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality custom projects.

• Diploma in Welding (or equivalent training).
• Valid CWB certifications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial welding and fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of welding processes including: GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), FCAW, SMAW, OAW.
• Experience welding carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other metals.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
• Detail-oriented with strong workmanship.
• Reliable, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working under pressure and available for overtime when required.
