Lead Manufacturing Operations as Production Supervisor

At dcbel Inc., become a pivotal Production Supervisor driving operations within our NPI facility located in Laval. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining high standards for assembly and safety.

You will oversee the manufacturing operations, ensuring quality and efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will be vital in supporting new product introductions and optimizing production workflows. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will manage the complete manufacturing flow from assembly to final product release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily assembly, testing, and shipment preparation

• Coordinate production plans with key departments

• Develop a high-performing and accountable manufacturing team

• Monitor production metrics and drive Lean initiatives

• Ensure accurate execution of testing and assembly processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline

• At least 5 years managing manufacturing teams

• Minimum 2 years in electronic manufacturing environments

• Familiarity with Lean principles and manufacturing processes

• Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications
