Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Product Manager, Growth

The Product Manager, Growth will play a central role in driving user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion across a fast-scaling SaaS platform. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing, leading a high-velocity experimentation engine that turns insights into measurable product improvements. This role is highly data-driven and requires a strong focus on testing hypotheses, validating ideas through A/B experiments, and iterating quickly based on results.

You will own the end-to-end growth experimentation pipeline, from ideation and prioritization to execution and analysis. Working closely with analytics partners and cross‑functional teams, you will identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and translate them into impactful product initiatives. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves working with data, and is motivated by measurable business outcomes in a remote‑first environment.

Accountabilities
  • Own the end-to-end growth experimentation pipeline, including ideation, prioritization, execution, and post-analysis of product experiments.
  • Design and run 10–20 experiments per quarter focused on improving activation, onboarding, engagement, retention, and conversion metrics.
  • Develop clear hypotheses based on user behavior, product analytics, and business performance indicators.
  • Define success metrics upfront and evaluate experiment outcomes using both quantitative data and qualitative customer insights.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to build, launch, and iterate on growth initiatives.
  • Translate experiment results and customer feedback into actionable product decisions and roadmap recommendations.
  • Conduct independent data analysis and partner with analytics teams to uncover opportunities and validate product ideas.
  • Engage regularly with customers to deepen understanding of needs, pain points, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or product‑led growth environment.
  • Hands‑on experience running A/B tests or structured product experiments from hypothesis to analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret product metrics and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Experience defining success metrics and evaluating product performance based on evidence rather than assumptions.
  • Ability to independently analyze user behavior and product data to generate insights and identify opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of growth concepts such as activation, onboarding, retention, engagement, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear recommendations for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous, and remote‑first environments.
  • Nice to have: SQL proficiency, experience with tools such as Amplitude, Post Hog, Statsig, Customer.io, or Metabase, and prior experience in high‑growth startups or growth‑focused roles.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation ranging from $85,000 to $115,000 USD depending on experience and location.
  • Fully remote‑first work environment with async collaboration and high autonomy.
  • Opportunity to directly influence product strategy and measurable business growth outcomes.
  • High‑ownership culture that encourages experimentation, learning, and fast iteration.
  • Close collaboration with experienced Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Analytics teams.
  • Long‑term opportunity to shape the growth strategy of a fast-scaling SaaS product.
  • Inclusive, diverse, and supportive workplace culture focused on continuous improvement and impact.
