The Marketing Content  Creatorworkson the Marketing Manager’s team andis responsible forparticipatingin the development of Structube’scontentstrategy, ensuring a coherent brand experience across allcommunicationchannels in support of the overall marketing strategy and company objectives.

They support the marketing team in the development, execution, rollout, and post-campaign analysis as it relates to marketing communications, ensuring consistency in the brand message and customer experience across all channels.

Ideation,Content Creation&Revision

• Production of bilingual (English and French) marketing content,leveraging AI tools tooptimizewriting, creativity, consistency, and campaign performance;

• Contentcreationfor all social media platforms,including but notlimitedto Instagram, Facebook,Tiktok, You Tube, Pinterest,Linked In,Reddit, X (Twitter);

• Review, edit, and proofread marketing content for accuracy, style, and adherence to the brand’s tone ofvoice;

• Research and pitch content ideasand video series,while maintaining
  
  Structube’stone of voiceand respecting its brand guidelines;

• Research keywords andoptimizecopywriting for web, respecting industry best practices for SEO andLLM;

• Participate in photo andvideosshootsrelatedtorecommendedideasand concepts (writing scripts,mood boards, storyboards,spokespersoninthevideo);

• Act as brand representative in Strucube’svideocontent;

• Research and stay on top of the latest fashion and design trends and corresponding language, including knowledge of current buzzwords and trending topics to propose relevant content recommendations that align with Structube’sbusinessobjectives.

Planning & Coordination

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager toassistin planning content themes and marketing communications;

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to provide content briefs and review of creative assets;

• Implement new growth strategies to expand social media and partnership initiatives;

• Build andmaintaincontent calendar for all social media platforms;

• Coordinate all marketing partnerships ensuring follow-up on all active collaborations to ensure that all partnership conditions are being fulfilled;

• Plan all contests and events, ensuring legal compliance and prize fulfillment.

Analysis&Recommendations

• Establish per platform objectives, KPIs, as well as growth and retention strategies that align with industry best practices;

• Analyze social media data &content analytics tooptimizeperformance and make recommendations for further development and innovation;

• Manage report creation forcontentanalyticsto measure KPI performance.

• 2-5years of experience;

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce,Marketing, PR, Communications, Business-related qualifications or equivalent experience;

• Bilingual: must be fluent in English and French,both spoken and written;
