The Ontario Caregiver Coalition invites volunteers with experience in non-profit governance, communications, and community engagement. Board members dedicate 4 to 10 hours monthly, contributing to governance and strategic initiatives that advocate for caregivers. This role is perfect for those looking to network and make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight and governance to the organization
• Advocate for the needs of caregivers through engagement
• Participate in operational and communication strategies
• Build relationships with stakeholders and community partners
• Support research and partnership initiatives across committees
Requirements:
• Experience in volunteer management or non-profit governance
• Knowledge of caregiving, advocacy, or community support
• Commitment of 4 to 10 hours monthly for Board roles
• Flexible engagement for Committee members, 2 to 4 hours monthly
• Collaborative spirit and passion for caregiver recognition
