Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate client care needs
• Deliver nursing care with appropriate interventions
• Communicate effectively across disciplines
• Support interdisciplinary collaboration for patient care
• Provide health education and guidance for clients
Requirements:
• Approved School of Nursing graduation required
• Active BC College of Nurses and Midwives registration
• Specialized advanced clinical training in renal care
• Minimum three years’ experience in related fields
• Must have a valid BC Driver’s License
