Registered Nurse II - Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough nursing assessments of patients

• Develop patient-specific care plans based on assessments

• Collaborate with physicians for coordinated care

• Initiate and manage discharge planning processes

• Facilitate patient and family education on care plans

Requirements:

• Associate degree in nursing required, BSN preferred

• Current California RN license

• Minimum 12 months nursing experience in acute care

• Strong knowledge in EKG and pharmacology

• BLS certification as per AHA standards
