Position: Full-Time Night Shift Registered Nurse
Embark on your nursing career with USC Verdugo Hills Hospital as a Full-Time Registered Nurse on the night shift. Support patient care through assessment, education, and advocacy while ensuring safety and comfort.

As a New Grad Registered Nurse, you will contribute to a dedicated patient care team under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer. The role involves implementing nursing processes and fostering a healing environment. You'll engage in quality improvement and collaborate closely with departments for optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement nursing processes for effective patient care

• Support safety and comfort during patient recovery

• Collaborate with team members to improve services

• Educate patients on conditions and self-care actions

• Precept and validate competency for new hires

Requirements:

• Graduation from a Registered Nurse Program

• Less than 1 year of acute care experience

• California Registered Nurse License required

• Desire for BSN within 5 years of hire

• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS preferred
