Position: Clinical Educator for Fresenius Medical Care
Elevate employee training as a Clinical Educator with Fresenius Medical Care. This role, grounded in competency-based education, focuses on delivering essential training that improves patient outcomes and fosters lifelong learning.

This Clinical Educator position is vital for enhancing employee development within assigned facilities. You will design and implement programs, including new employee orientations and clinical training for chronic kidney disease treatments. Collaborating with various partners will ensure successful delivery of educational programs that embed a culture of safety and quality in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver new employee orientation and in-service training

• Create and lead competency-based training programs

• Collaborate with teams to implement educational initiatives

• Utilize various teaching techniques for effective learning

• Maintain communication with stakeholders for program success

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

• Current RN state licensure in primary residence

• Minimum 1-year dialysis nursing experience

• CDN or CNN certification within 18 months

• CPR BLS Certification and ongoing education
