Registered Nurse - 5E Neuroscience Care

Become a vital part of Sharp Health Care’s Neuroscience Progressive Care Unit as a Registered Nurse on the night shift. Your skills will directly impact patient and family support.

This role is designed for a team-oriented nurse with a minimum of one year of clinical experience. Required qualifications include a valid California RN license and certifications in BLS and NIH Stroke Scale. You'll be responsible for providing individualized nursing care and engaging in multidisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing services directly to patients and families

• Employ clinical judgment for care delivery and adjustments

• Support and guide colleagues to enhance clinical performance

• Maintain effective communication with the care team

• Advocate for patients’ needs in a varied healthcare environment

Requirements:

• CA Registered Nurse license mandatory

• At least 1 year of related clinical experience

• Current AHA BLS and NIH Stroke Scale certifications

• Familiarity with complex patient care

• Proficient in practical nursing principles and regulations
