This is an experienced nursing role requiring teamwork, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of nursing experience, with two years in home health preferred. Successful orientation and competency assessments are required before independent patient assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, direct, and assess nursing care for patients
• Function as a core member of the interdisciplinary team
• Orient new staff and mentor nursing students
• Maintain quality of care and good public relations
• Ensure adherence to safety and policy protocols
Requirements:
• California RN license is required
• Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Must complete all annual competencies
• Spanish speaking is preferred
• Valid California driver’s license and good driving record
