As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will play a crucial role in patient care at cCARE Cancer Center. This position requires administering medications, monitoring patient responses, and delivering education while supporting registered nurses and other caregivers. Candidates with a background in oncology are highly preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record patient vital signs and medical histories
• Administer medications and monitor treatments
• Prepare exam rooms for patient visits
• Gather patient information and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with medical staff and families
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Valid LVN license required
• IV/Blood Draw Certified
• 1-2 years' experience in oncology preferred
• Flexible scheduling availability
