As a Registered Nurse, you will work under the guidance of the Health Services Administrator and Director of Nursing.
Your role requires both clinical and health assessment duties, directly impacting patient care in a unique correctional healthcare setting. Prior clinical experience is preferred, along with a current RN license and CPR certification.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct and indirect patient care within established protocols
• Collaborate closely with health services leadership
• Document patient assessments and treatment accurately
• Assist in medical emergencies and triage
• Monitor patients and report condition changes
Requirements:
• Active Registered Nurse license in your state
• Current CPR certification required
• Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred
• Experience in correctional healthcare is advantageous
• Ability to manage stress in challenging environments
Utilize your nursing skills and experience to support patient care and safety in a correctional facility.
