The Transplant Quality Coordinator (TQC) plays a pivotal role as a Registered Nurse (RN) focusing on improving clinical performance and regulatory compliance. This position blends advanced nursing knowledge with quality initiatives, collaborating with Transplant Quality Specialists (TQS) for effective data management and oversight. You will lead compliance initiatives and help shape the future of transplant care in this critical healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement quality improvement initiatives using evidence-based methodologies
• Interpret clinical scenarios impacting transplant outcomes
• Collaborate closely with TQS to address quality issues
• Develop action plans for regulatory compliance and audits
• Educate clinical teams on best practices and policy updates
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing;
Master’s preferred
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience
• Strong knowledge of quality principles in healthcare
• Registered Nurse (CA Board of Registered Nursing)
• Project management skills in regulated environments
