In this essential role at McKesson, you will facilitate patient onboarding and coordinate care with healthcare professionals for optimal treatment access. As a compassionate and detail-oriented nurse, you will engage with patients enrolled in the Patient Support Program while documenting their progress. This part-time position requires approximately 2.5 days per week during specified program hours from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for patients in the Patient Support Program
• Provide education on therapies and medication adherence
• Assist with patient enrollment and onboarding
• Coordinate communication with clinics and pharmacies
• Monitor patient progress and support throughout treatment
Requirements:
• Active nursing license in Alberta or British Columbia
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with electronic documentation systems
• Ability to travel to clinics as needed
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
