Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations and provide staff coaching

• Perform clinic visits to improve service delivery

• Support patient education and case management activities

• Handle escalations related to patient and clinic issues

• Build effective relationships with healthcare providers

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing

• 3+ years of relevant clinical experience

• Leadership experience preferred

• Knowledge of Patient Support Programs is an asset

• Excellent problem-solving abilities
