As a Nurse Practitioner at Pocketpills, you’ll deliver personalized, evidence-based care primarily through virtual consultations.
Your role involves clinical assessments, medication management, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. You will engage in the management of acute and chronic conditions, ensuring continuity of care for patients across various provinces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments virtually
• Develop, prescribe, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Review diagnostic reports and clinical information
• Facilitate referrals for specialized care when necessary
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR
Requirements:
• Current Nurse Practitioner registration in Canada
• 2–3 years of NP experience preferred
• Experience in telehealth services desirable
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
• Familiarity with digital healthcare tools
