Test Lead/ Manager

- Own end-to-end manufacturing test programs for complex PCB assemblies
- Lead test execution, stability, troubleshooting, and performance activities
- Perform failure analysis for electrical, RF, and functional issues
- Work with automated test fixtures and manufacturing test setups
- Analyze logs and scripts using Python or similar scripting languages
- Monitor yield trends, retest rates, and test quality metrics
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
- Factory / Manufacturing test experience
- PCB assembly and system-level testing
- RF measurements & signal integrity knowledge
- Python scripting exposure
- Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Experience with automated test systems and fixtures
