In this permanent in-person position, you will oversee user training, support, and compliance for the Quebec Police Information Centre and other related systems. Your two years of relevant experience and specialized training certifications will be crucial as you collaborate on quality control and process improvements, directly impacting the efficiency of police data management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train new users on the Quebec Police Information Centre and related systems
• Support the definition and updating of compliance procedures
• Conduct ongoing quality control assessments
• Advise on specific training needs and recommend skill development
• Collaborate with service managers and Sûreté du Québec representatives
Requirements:
• Secondary school education level 5
• Two years of relevant experience in police information systems
• Valid CRPQ-CIPC and IG-MIP operator certifications
• Strong teaching skills and presentation abilities
• Attention to detail for data quality assurance
