Purpose of the position
We are currently looking for a customer service coordinator for our building located in Laval. We have the opportunity waiting for you!
Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :Coordinate arrivals and departures of tenantsHand over keys and access chips when new tenants arriveCarry out housing inspections upon tenant departureCoordinate lease assignments as well as internal transfersClosely monitor rent collectionRespond to current customers on pricing and lease termsPerform business development and develop new marketing strategies with management approvalIssue rental activity reports and proceed with renewal requests, if necessaryCreate physical files and enter data into the internal management system (Hopem)Manage the schedule of tenant meetings and elevator reservationsUpdate different administrative forms and documentsInteract with clients, suppliers and residentsTranscribe correspondenceProduce required reportsProvide a high level of customer serviceSupport the general manager in his dutiesPerform other related dutiesThe ideal person has :
Leadership, creativity, organized and ability to work under pressureMaster interpersonal communication and have a customer service attitudeProvide excellent customer serviceBusiness savvyBe action and result orientedRequired qualifications :
Minimum experience in a coordinator position in the real estate fieldGood knowledge of the Hopem management system (an asset)Bilingualism is an assetGood knowledge of the sectorWhat will you be offered :
