Key Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations to determine property market values

Requirements:

• Holding membership with the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec

• Bachelor’s degree in administration or related field

• At least six years of related evaluation experience

• Understanding of relevant laws and regulations

• Excellent analytical and autonomous skills
