In this role, you will provide technical expertise in research, knowledge management, and communications, focusing on cooperative development. Your efforts will support documentation of socio-economic and environmental impacts in women's empowerment initiatives, fostering resilience among communities. Collaborating with diverse organizations, you will utilize your skills to translate research into compelling narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer strategic guidance for research and communications
• Document impacts through case studies and outcome stories
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative evidence for initiatives
• Develop knowledge products including policy briefs
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and learning activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum 5 years in research or communications
• Proven experience in impact evaluation
• Excellent English writing and storytelling skills
• Familiarity with digital communications tools
