Within the Product Engineering department, you will independently lead experimental activities and multiple project work streams, mentoring junior members along the way. Your work will significantly impact device assembly methods and preclinical readiness through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex experimental designs supporting product development
• Manage small- and large-scale device assembly initiatives
• Develop and optimize assembly methods and protocols
• Analyze experimental data using appropriate methodologies
• Mentor junior staff on best laboratory practices
Requirements:
• Degree in biology, bioengineering, or related scientific discipline
• Minimum of 2 years in device development or advanced research
• Practical experience in cell and tissue culture methods
• Strong written and verbal communication proficiency
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects
