Become a Senior Research Analyst focused on leading analytical methods development within GMP regulatory frameworks. This role merges project leadership with scientific mentorship, ensuring compliant results in drug product development.
In this position, you'll drive the validation of analytical methods and oversee critical GMP laboratory operations. Your workload will include analyzing data, managing stability studies, and providing mentorship to your team. By ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality and data integrity, your contributions will be crucial to the success of drug development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and validation of analytical methods
• Plan and carry out analytical activities for projects
• Analyze stability study data and manage OOS/OOT results
• Support lab operations and compliance with GMP standards
• Mentor analysts and oversee daily documentation
Requirements:
• MSc in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
• 5+ years in analytical development in the pharmaceutical field
• Proficient in GMP and method validation processes
• Familiarity with chromatography and lab software systems
• Strong leadership, organization, and troubleshooting skills
