Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Discovery Research team, setting performance benchmarks
• Mentor scientists, encouraging continuous learning and collaboration
• Develop processes to streamline project execution and accountability
• Drive scientific initiatives in platform optimization and new therapies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into practice
Requirements:
• PhD in relevant scientific field, such as Stem Cell Biology
• Significant experience in biotechnology and cell therapy
• Previous success in leading scientific teams
• Proven track record in advancing research programs
• Deep technical knowledge in iPSC and cellular therapies
