You will oversee bioanalytical R&D activities while leading a team to support bioanalysis of therapeutic molecules. This position requires a strong background in LC-MS methodology and collaboration across R&D, validation, and operations. You will play a crucial role in scientific advancements and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead LC-MS method development for bioanalytical assays
• Guide team activities and manage departmental operations
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams for project needs
• Review and approve bioanalytical reports and methods
• Enhance laboratory capabilities and develop new methodologies
Requirements:
• Master’s or PhD in relevant scientific field
• 8-10 years in LC-MS bioanalytical environment
• 5+ years in R&D bioanalytical labs
• Proficiency in method development and validation
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
