In this leadership role, you'll assist in directing food area operations while ensuring high customer service quality. Responsibilities include coordinating daily tasks with the Food Assistant Manager and reinforcing priorities from the Store Management Team. You will also oversee the presentation of food departments, managing displays and merchandising effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and greet shoppers warmly
• Coordinate task completion following Store Management directives
• Assess and enhance food department presentation and displays
• Delegate daily Customer Availability Process tasks to associates
• Support scheduling and availability coverage across the store
Requirements:
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Commitment to a safe and clean work environment
• Experience in training and developing team members
• Ability to follow company policies and execute procedures
• No noted qualifications for specific job functions required
