In this role, you will report to the Store Manager while managing the sales team to foster a culture of excellence. You’ll leverage your 2+ years of customer service and sales experience to promote teamwork and individual development. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain high merchandising standards and customer focus
• Recruit, schedule, and train a successful sales team
• Coach employees through goal setting and appraisals
• Launch and execute impactful promotions and events
• Lead daily sales and strategy meetings
Requirements:
• High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred
• Over 2 years of relevant customer service/sales experience
• Proven track record in retail operations and sales
• Outstanding communication skills in English and French
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends
