E-Commerce Drop Ship Coordinator | Maternity Leave Replacement | Laval
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Dropship Coordinator to support the growth and day‑to‑day operations of our dropship program. In this role, you will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure products are accurately onboarded, well presented online, and aligned with promotional and merchandising strategies.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their e‑commerce career who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and wants to develop strong skills in vendor coordination, product management, and online merchandising.
What You’ll Do- Manage Product Onboarding:
Work closely with vendors to collect, verify, and upload accurate product information including descriptions, images, and pricing, ensuring products are launched online quickly and seamlessly. - Build Strong Vendor Partnerships:
Act as a key contact for our dropship vendors by managing daily communications, addressing operational issues, coordinating promotions, and monitoring product availability and pricing updates. - Optimize Online Product Listings:
Help improve product pages by refining content, enhancing keywords, and supporting basic pricing and margin analysis to ensure listings are competitive and optimized for performance. - Support Program Growth:
Assist in identifying and evaluating new vendor opportunities that will expand and strengthen our dropship assortment. - Collaborate Across Teams:
Partner with the Web Merchandiser and internal teams to align product launches with seasonal campaigns, promotions, and emerging trends.
- At least 1 year of experience in e‑commerce or digital retail.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Solid Excel skills.
- Experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Magento is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French (bilingualism required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (an asset).
- A self‑starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.

Location:
Our office is easily accessible by bus and offers free on‑site parking. - Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
