Lead a flagship fashion retail team through coaching, customer experience, and performance analysis while maintaining an active sales floor presence.
As Flagship Store Manager, you will develop high-performing teams, prioritize customer satisfaction, and support brand growth through action plans. The role combines recruitment, training, visual merchandising, inventory management, compliance, scheduling, and omnichannel solutions. You will use communication, organization, and decision-making skills to guide daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspire, coach, and motivate team members on the sales floor
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences and prioritize satisfaction
- Monitor metrics and implement action plans supporting brand growth
- Manage recruitment, succession planning, training, and performance management
- Optimize displays, inventory, schedules, and omnichannel customer service
- Three-plus years of team management experience, ideally in fashion retail
- Strong communication, organization, planning, and prioritization skills
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma and variable schedule flexibility required
