Front End Assistant Store Manager

Lead Front End operations at Walmart in Laval, using sales analysis and customer service to support profitable store performance. Guide Associates across daily retail activities.

As Front End Assistant Manager, you support the Store Manager and manage operations according to Company guidelines. You lead Associates, interpret sales and financial reports, manage budgets, and respond to community needs. You also oversee Front End programs while remaining cross-trained across store areas.

• Drive profitable sales through goals, budgets, and forecasts
• Analyze reports and communicate sales results to Associates
• Prioritize, delegate, and direct Managers and Associates
• Ensure pricing, merchandise presentation, and store standards
• Resolve customer needs, complaints, and issues within guidelines

• Minimum age of 16 years
• Ability to follow Walmart policies and procedures
• Ability to manage cash controls and merchandise handling
• Ability to support safety, security, and quality standards
• Ability to provide timely, honest, specific feedback
