This Sales Support Associate contributes to store efficiency and Coach’s brand commitment. The work combines personalized assistance, cash wrap operations, shipment processing, and visual merchandising. You will support product flow from receipt through point of sale while maintaining service standards.

• Welcome clients warmly and provide personalized assistance
• Operate POS and maintain organized cash wrap standards
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers
• Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates
• Maintain housekeeping and follow Loss Prevention guidelines

• One or more years of previous retail experience
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition
• Basic computer, Mobile POS, and cash register skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and peak seasons
