Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, this Retail Outfitter helps create a world class shopping experience. The work centers on legendary customer service, product recommendations, company promotions, and outdoor lifestyle knowledge. Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's product familiarity is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Provide legendary customer service throughout buying decisions
- Promote company programs and store promotions
- Maintain signage, recovery, restocking, and sales floor presentation
- Resolve customer issues using judgment and logic
- One or more years in sales or service preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to evaluate needs and make recommendations
- Ability to provide superior customer service
- Outdoor lifestyle or related field experience
