Process customer purchases at Walmart’s Laval location while providing efficient cashier service, secure cash handling, and helpful checkout support.
As an Associate, you will help create positive shopping experiences through timely transactions and polite customer interactions. Responsibilities include merchandise EAS deactivation, promoting credit card and product protection programs, and assisting with bagging and loading. You will also maintain register security.
Key Responsibilities:- Process all purchase transactions in a timely manner
- Deactivate merchandise according to the EAS Program
- Maintain register security through diligent cash handling
- Assist shoppers with bagging and loading merchandise
- Refer transactional matters to front end leadership
- Be sixteen years of age or older
- Follow relevant company policies during register operations
- Maintain awareness of surroundings while handling cash
- Keep the work area clean and follow lifting practices
- Provide polite and friendly customer service
