As the brand’s first face for families, you will greet customers, explain product styles, features, and benefits, and support positive shopping experiences. You will assist with omnichannel needs, resolve customer issues, and communicate promotional events and the brand loyalty program. The role also includes register transactions, replenishment, shipment, and maintaining a safe, clean store while minimizing loss.
