Your technical expertise will influence major business decisions before the sale even happens.

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support pre‑sales activities.
• Assist in scoping customer requirements and preparing solution proposals.
• Participate in workshops and discovery sessions to understand customer workflows.
• Provide technical guidance and respond to solution‑related inquiries.
• Maintain a strong understanding of BIOVIA products and industry trends.
• Play a key role in demonstrating BIOVIA solutions to prospective and existing customers, including formulation management, laboratory informatics, chemical inventory systems, and other scientific data management tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a customer‑facing technical role (pre‑sales, support, or implementation).
• Familiarity with laboratory workflows, formulation processes, or chemical inventory systems.
• Experience with Dassault Systèmes BIOVIA solutions preferred.
• English fluency required; proficiency in French considered an asset.
