Coordinateur des Ventes - Manutention​/Sales Coordinator - Material Handling

Overview

Brandt is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator - Material Handling for our Greater Montreal area but will be located at the Laval Branch. This position is responsible for providing support to the sales team and leading marketing initiatives with the Branding group for creation and upkeep of marketing materials.

• Assist sales with proposal/bid and presentation preparation including proposal writing
• Facilitate the gathering of content for Marketing initiatives for the creation of brochures, case studies, photography/videos and trade shows
• Work with the estimating group to standardize proposal templates
• Ensure consistency in our proposal submission and review to ensure submissions meet the formatting standard
• Work with Sales Team to ensure all proposals are followed up with accordingly
• Responsible for collecting data and creating various reports as requested
• Responsible for championing the bid submission process including communication from the sales team to the estimating and engineering team, and back to the Sales Team
• Implementing and leading new organization strategies for opportunity logging - prospecting
• Working with the Sales Team and Sales Manager to ensure submissions are on time and follow-up schedules are maintained
• Managing the standard proposal submission templates
• Work the sales group to track and log lost opportunities and lead lost opportunity investigations
• Assist with new market intelligence - new industry opportunity investigation
• Assist in-field Salesmen with presentation/preparation materials
• Other duties as assigned

• Interest and aptitude in sales activities

• Strong time management skills and effective working habits

• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge preferred
• Previous experience in the heavy equipment industry preferred
• Previous experience in inventory coordination and sales considered an asset

Le titulaire du poste est chargé de soutenir l’équipe des ventes et de diriger les initiatives de marketing avec le groupe de l’image de marque pour la création et l’entretien des documents de marketing.
