Overview
As the Frito Lay National Account Manager for Sobeys Small Format and Longo’s, you will be responsible for developing annual joint business plans that will allow you to deliver against your mutual financial objectives. You will enable the execution of the customer plans by Pepsi Co Foods Canada’s area selling team via regular, effective, impactful, and timely communication.

- Responsible for the Sobeys Convenience & Gas, Longo’s, Farm Boy, and Lawton’s businesses for Frito Lay
- Develop annual plans with your customers to achieve annual volume, profit and share targets, as well as supporting the customer to achieve their strategic objectives
- Enable execution of plans by Pepsi Co Foods Canada’s area selling team via regular, effective, impactful and timely communication
- Leverage category and shopper insight data to develop high performing sales and merchandising initiatives
- Strong collaboration with internal cross-functional teams within Pepsi Co
- Be a strong advocate to further our culture by participating in various initiatives
- You are a university graduate, preferably with a degree in a business discipline
- You have 3-5 years of experience leading a national account or a field team
- You have the ability to develop and execute strategic, fact-based annual business plans and develop creative solutions to challenges
- You are highly motivated and work well in an environment with high autonomy
- You have strong thinking skills, with the ability to see connections in data and trends
- You have strong analytical skills and negotiation skills
- You have the ability to multitask and effectively handle several projects / priorities
- You have strong communication skills and the ability to influence

Vous serez responsable de l’élab oration annuelle de plans d’affaires conjoints qui vous permettront d’atteindre vos objectifs financiers communs. Vous faciliterez l’exécution des plans des clients par l’équipe des ventes régionales de Pepsi Co Canada Aliments au moyen de communications régulières, efficaces, percutantes et opportunes.
Responsabilités- Responsable des activités de Sobeys pour les dépanneurs et stations-service, Longo’s, Farm Boy et Lawton’s pour Frito Lay.
- Élaborer des plans annuels avec vos clients pour atteindre les objectifs annuels de volume, de profit et de part de marché, ainsi que pour aider le client à atteindre ses objectifs stratégiques.
- Faciliter l’exécution des plans par l’équipe des ventes régionales de Pepsi Co Canada Aliments au moyen de communications régulières, efficaces, percutantes et opportunes.
