Mortgage Relationship Manager

Build mortgage referral relationships at BMO using strong sales, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Support customers and partners throughout home financing applications and processing.

This Mortgage Specialist cultivates referral networks, creates partnership discussions, and develops mortgage business for BMO. You identify cross-sell opportunities, deliver marketing initiatives, and serve as a customer advocate. Your work includes regulatory compliance, issue resolution, documentation, and collaboration with branch teams.

• Engage referral sources to generate mortgage originations
• Expand networks through existing customer relationships
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
• Represent BMO at trade shows and conferences
• Document opportunity and transaction updates internally

• Three to five years of relevant experience
• Related post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal, sales, and negotiation skills
• Broader real estate and mortgage market knowledge
• French and English fluency for client support
