Position: Tactical Security Guard 1

    • Responsibilities for Tactical Security Guard

  • Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
  • Check identification and control access to secure areas
  • React quickly to threats or incidents and document actions taken
  • Ensure proactive monitoring and compliance with protocols.

    • Qualifications for Tactical Security Guard

  • Be authorized to work in Canada
  • Hold a valid security license
  • First aid certification (an asset)
  • Previous experience as a security guard (physical intervention, patrol, access control, or surveillance) — required. Experience in tactical security or a secured site is an asset.
  • Proven skills in communication, stress management, and teamwork.
  • Integrity, vigilance, and professionalism.

    • Ideal for several profiles with relevant experience:

    • Former military personnel or reservists wishing to continue as security guards in the civilian sector.

    • Students in police techniques / fire safety / criminology who already have field experience in security (summer jobs, internships, reserve).

    • Professionals changing careers who have held roles in security/safety, loss prevention, or industrial guarding.

    • Newcomers with experience as security guards in their country of origin and a valid BSP license.
