Join Circle K's dedicated team in Laval as a Surveillance and Support Agent. This permanent full-time position requires strong skills in security management, incident response, and emergency coordination.
As part of the centralized surveillance center, you will oversee the security of extensive operations across Canada. Key tasks include responding to urgent situations, assisting store and distribution personnel, and collaborating with law enforcement. Your expertise will help protect property and ensure the safety of our teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document security incidents
• Respond promptly to various emergency calls
• Monitor surveillance systems for potential threats
• Work with law enforcement on security strategies
• Conduct foot patrols and manage incidents
Requirements:
• High school diploma; related education preferred
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of criminal law and security practices
• Proficient in English and French communications
• Capable of working under high-pressure situations
